Tekni-Films Produces New Symmetric
PCTFE Laminate Structures

Provides barrier laminates with reduced curl

SOMERVILLE, NJ -- Tekni-Films, a Tekni-Plex Company, has introduced its new symmetric structures in PCTFE laminations (either Aclar® or Vaposhield™) to offer a barrier films with reduced curl. Essentially, the structures feature a PCTFE barrier film sandwiched between two thinner layers of PVC. The overall laminate gauge is unchanged from Tekni-Films’ regular non-symmetric structures.
