Are these materials in stock?
All base materials are usually in stock for immediate delivery – Laminates
are custom-made and usually take a week or two to produce and ship. Check
actual delivery dates with your local Tekni-Films plant.
What are the sizes you produce?
There are no “standard sizes” We produce finished slit rolls
exactly to your specifications from about 90mm (3.5”) wide up to 1 meter
wide (39.5”) and to a maximum OD of around 700m (27”).
How do I obtain a sample roll?
Please check with your nearest supply location using the e mail sample
request form. Sample or stability test materials are available (usually at
no charge) for qualified buyers requesting reasonable quantities.
Is technical service and support available?
Specialists are available in all regions to answer technical and application
queries and assist in thermoforming problems upon request.
How can we arrange to receive a visit from a technical sales representative?
All of our sales representatives are trained to present the materials
and instruct in their use in a clear and understandable manner. A visit from
a representative can be arranged for qualified buyers by contacting your nearest
supply location and requesting same.
What internationally recognized standards does Tekni-Films adhere to in
their manufacturing and production?
All Tekni-Films products are manufactured according to ISO 9001, cGMP
and relevant CFR 21 standards as well as practical application of generally
accepted pharmaceutical standards and requirements.
